CBA Fees: Application and Permit Fee Guide
Introduction
This article is an educational summary of fee information published by the Central Building Authority Belize. It is intended to help homeowners, contractors, designers, and developers understand the application fee categories and permit fee rates listed by the CBA.

Residential Fees
The CBA lists the following residential application fees and permit fee rates:

Permit Fee Calculation Notes
The CBA page lists the following permit fee calculation note:
Calculation of Permit Fee = 1(a) + 1/3 (b) + 1/3 ( c ) + 1/3 (d) + 1/3 ( e)
The formula includes b, but the source text does not clearly identify b.
